The enclosure needed to balance environmental protection with accessibility and flexibility. The customer required a system that could withstand outdoor or harsh conditions while still allowing for easy service access, adaptable rack configurations, and efficient cable routing—all without compromising security or performance.

Solution

Fulcrum designed and manufactured a compact, powder-coated aluminum enclosure rated for NEMA 4X and IP65 protection. The system features removable dual doors, adjustable rack depth, and configurable rack space, allowing for flexible equipment layouts and easy service access.

Integrated cable management, ventilation, and secure locking mechanisms ensure reliable performance in demanding environments.
