Custom Machine Base Warranty
WORKMANSHIP:
Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. warranties all its’ products that are fabricated by and installed under the direct supervision of Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. representative against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of installation. Determination of whether to repair or replace defective products will be at the sole discretion of Fulcrum Technologies, Inc.
PERFORMANCE:
Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. warranties that all machine bases fabricated by and installed under the direct supervision of a Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. representative shall meet or exceed the performance requirements of the process or metrology tool that the particular base was designed to support. This warranty applies only to the bases installed at factory locations where the conditions at the interface with the customer structural floor system meet or exceed the performance requirements of the process of metrology tool intended to be installed on the base. Determination of satisfactory performance shall be made via testing for vibration and/or stiffness and subsequent review and acceptance/rejection of the test data by the tool manufacturer.
Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. liability for non-conforming performance shall be limited to the cost of remedial work required to bring the base into the specification, removal of the base from the facility, and/or full refund of the product purchase price.
